Terence Park directs UPLAM’s global expansion, with a focus on the firm’s data center business and capital raising initiatives. With 18 years of experience across real estate, alternative investments, and retail operations, Terence plays a key role in expanding the firm’s global presence and developing institutional capital partnerships.

Terence has extensive experience working with Korean financial institutions and corporate partners and has played a key role in developing and strengthening institutional relationships across UPLAM’s global investment activities. Concurrently, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of VI Group, where he has led the execution of a diverse range of high-value investment transactions.

Terence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Columbia University. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing and traveling.
